Namco/Bandai had two PSP titles to show off at this year's E3, Smash Court Tennis 3 and Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology.
Smash Court Tennis 3 will let you face off against 16 tennis stars from Maria Sharapova to Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Your character can look just like you want him or her to with the game's highly customizable create-a-player system, as well as teach your character new skills as you play through the Pro Tour Mode. The character customization feature lets you edit twice as many features as the previous title did because in Smash Court Tennis 3, you will be able to change out sportswear and rackets. There are also a slew of tennis-themed mini-games like Bomb Tennis and Pac-Man Tennis.
Namco/Bandai's other PlayStation Portable title is Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology. This continuation of the Tales RPG series will take you on over 300 quests and let you trade weapons and armor via the PSP's Ad-Hoc connection capabilities. Throughout the story, you will not only work with new characters, but a total of 19 characters from previous Tales games, including Luke and Tear from Tales of the Abyss.
Radiant Mythology will throw over 1000 weapons and equipment at you as well as give you access to various character classes, such as Warrior, Thief, Priest and Mage. |
