Genre: Survival Horror/Puzzle/Adventure

Previously on The Walking Dead:

Lee Everett and the gang suffered group-shattering heartache when members succumbed to gunshot wounds, personal struggle, and the ultimate sacrifice. After Duck struggles to fight for his life following a zombie attack at the motel, the hardest decision a parent can make causes Kenny’s family to break into a million pieces as he loses his son and wife in the same day.

Living with the guilt that he caused Duck to be bitten in the first place, the high-school kid that joined the group after zombies attacked in the woods has a startling confession. He tells Lee that he was the one supplying the bandits with supplies in an effort to keep them from ransacking the motel unexpectedly. As always, you and your decisions played a role as Lee got caught in the middle.

With a very sad cloud of distress hovering over the group, they decided to move on and pursue traveling to Savannah by way of a train they happen upon. Along the way, they pick up a few newcomers, including a homeless man that helps provide a bit of insight into the whole situation. But as the train approaches Savannah, a very unexpected turn of events happens. The "broken" walkie-talkie that Clementine has been carrying has an unknown man’s deep voice on the other end.

This revelation is where we pick up on The Walking Dead: Episode Four – Around Every Corner

Around Every Corner:

With Lee and Kenny scratching their heads after hearing the voice broadcasting over Clem’s radio, they roll into Savannah with some new team members whom they question as friend or foe. One constant, however, is that Clementine questions when they will be able to search for her missing parents, and that Lee has the unpleasant task of being supportive, yet realistic in knowing that her parents are likely long gone.

As the group arrives in Savannah and is walking through the strangely empty streets, Lee is startled by the silhouette of a figure running across the roof of a nearby building. Suddenly, a bell tolls. Perplexed, the gang questions why a church bell would ring off the hour, but soon see the result of the loud clanging as the streets flood with walkers.

Quickly scurrying into what appears to be a vacant house, Lee and the gang try to catch their breath and regroup in the backyard. As Kenny formulates a plan to search the piers for a boat to leave the mainland and all of the undead behind, the group works to enter and pillage the house. This new hub is where The Walking Dead: Episode Four – Around Every Corner truly begins.

In an effort to find medical supplies for the wounded, and aquatic transportation to get the hell out of dodge, Lee gets caught in the sewers and has to find his way out alive to return to the house and the friends he left behind.

The Walking Dead: Episode Four – Around Every Corner once again plays to the style of an interactive movie that has its ups and downs, driving the story further with a few moments that will have you nodding your head in approval, right after you find yourself recovering from the jolt you just took from an unsuspecting source. The storyline of The Walking Dead: Episode Four – Around Every Corner takes a path that will undoubtedly leave you wanting more.

Nex Time on The Walking Dead:

Still in search of a way to get out on the water, Lee and the gang set out to implement their plan. Unfortunately, turmoil will soon come from within as they try to unravel the mystery of the voice on the other end of the walkie-talkie and the figure Lee sees in the street.

In what will be the final episode in this very entertaining series, The Walking Dead: Episode Five – No Time Left promises to be no holds barred. I, for one, can’t wait to see what kind of closure the developers at Telltale Games put on the series. With the actions that have transpired near the end of Episode 4, the final cap on the series should be a good one!
