The Walking Dead: Season 2: Episode 4 - Amid the Ruins lets Clem get to know Jane a lot more than in the previous episode. The trek to the Civil War exhibit (the planned rendezvous location) is a bit of a hike and it is during that jaunt that we start to learn a good bit more about Jane's history, including the fact that she used to have a sister. Jane's time on the road with her little sister shapes a lot of the loner's decisions, and some of those decisions might put the group at risk before the episode is done.
When Clementine, Jane and Rebecca finally get to the exhibit, they find a few more of their group waiting, and one of them isn't too happy with how your final choice back in Episode 3 played out. In fact, this particular friend becomes very withdrawn - which isn't good considering everyone is going to be needed when Rebecca starts to go into labor (because things aren't bad enough already).
Before that particular ball gets to rolling though, Clementine and Jane get some more together-time as they go out looking for more of their friends, and they find them - barricaded in an old trailer surrounded by walkers. Jane teaches Clem a few more survival techniques and, yup you guessed it, you are forced to make another hard choice.
